At Mandarina Duck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
